Legion members Jamie Tobitt, Linds Cepak, Dean Amstutz, Kevin Weir, Sarah Wetmore, Milan Nguyen, David Neth, and Todd Mullin from the Imperial Sands and Southern California Garrisons provide an overview of the creative process that brings Stormtroopers, Tusken Raiders, Din Djarin, and Kylo Ren from the screen into reality. The panel covers membership, from initial interest through final approval, as well as working with armor parts, small props, soft-costume construction, and 3D modeling and printing. Q&A follows.
