A priest, who can turn into a dinosaur, and his hooker-doctor-lawyer girlfriend, travel to the port city of Milan, Italy. Together they have to solve a series of murders committed by a sex-maniac-killer at an Italian Fertility Festival. Oh, and there are Soviet spies, because it's the '80s.
