Audiences will step into the story of Hunger Action Heroes Unite!, experience a lesson from the award-winning curriculum, and discover how one comic book is turning kids across America into real-world heroes in the fight against hunger and food waste. Moderated by educator and content creator Carly Anderson, the panel features clinical psychologist and Superhero Therapy founder Dr. Janina Scarlet, HAHU visionary Dana Williams (Feeding San Diego), curriculum author Jennifer Harris Edstrom, sixth-grade teacher Marco Aquinde, and one of his students from The Bishop's School. Costumed heroes Hunger Halter (Jason Zlatkus) and Demeter (Alexa Gerrity) guide the audience through a live empathy lesson. Real students. Real impact. Real action.
