When her emotions run high Chinami Ebihara emits strange electromagnetic waves that cause major havoc so repeatedly change schools. She’s now a 17 years old high school student who’s determined to behave so her family won’t need to move again, but her natural nervousness still causes cell phones and other electronic devices to scramble in her vicinity. At school, Chinami passing by the science research club makes eye contact with Kotaro, who’s doing an experiment and Kotaro observes his instruments going haywire. Realizing Chinami has some unusual ability, Kotaro asks to study her and even conduct some tests.
