Formed in 2022, the NCCC has been publishing its twice-yearly comics 'zine Jollies since 2024, with Issue No. 5 premiering at Comic-Con. The panel covers publishing a comic, forming a local comics group, and building a presence in your community, for seasoned professionals and DIYers alike.
